VICTORIA KIMANI – SAFARI

Kenya’s fiercely sexy and talented Victoria Kimani, shares her debut album “Safari” with the world.

Ice Prince, Sarkodie, Bucie, Vanessa Mdee, Phyno, and khuli Chana… are only a few of the incredibly rich features of Safari; a Swahili word meaning ‘journey’. This is definitely a musical journey we are confident you would love taking.
Released on Monday 5th Dec. under Chocolate City Music, the album boasts of a rich mix of top producers in the industry; Maphorisa, Jessy Jagz, Mr Kamera and Panshak Zamani (Ice prince). We particularly love the well calculated excerpts from Brenda Fassie and Nina Samone.

In need of some visual assertion of the quality of #Safari? check out the official music video to “Giving You” which features Sarkodie.

We are very curious to know what you think, your favorite track on repeat perhaps? or just how much you love the album art.

Tanzania’s colourful pop queen Vanessa Mdee, shows her ‘no nonsense’, bad girl side in the video of her latest single ‘Cash Madame’.

Covered by Patoranking in an episode of Coke Studio Africa; his way of saying ‘woah this is a jam’‘Cash Madame’ is produced by hot shot Nigerian music producer E Kelly who’s worked on a variety of tracks including YCee’s Omo Alhaji.

There’s sexy aerial dancing, baseball bat swinging and some cash grabbing. Let’s not forget the classy but rugged styling, and the simple fact; she is a Madam with a lot of cash.
