Big Star – “Just 2 Flex Remix” ft. Khaligraph & Youngsta

When it’s nice you bring it back! This is the story behind the remix of ‘Just 2 Flex’.The hip-hop joint with lyrical flow for the hustlers, Just 2 Flex is the theme song for Vuzu’s hip-hop talent search show ‘The Hustle’. 

Responding to the demand for ‘more’, Big Star teamed up with East African Rapper ‘Khaligraph‘ and ‘Youngsta‘. essentially threading the hit between Johannesburg, Nairobi and Cape Town.

Sauti Sol – “Friend Zone”

The dreaded ‘Friend Zone‘ arena no one ever wants to be anywhere close to is the center of the Best African Group’s new single. In keeping with their MO, this is a very high energy track certain to awaken the muscles in you to move to the rhythm while singing along.

This is the first single release from Sauti Sol for the year and it’s the pathway to the thrilling plans the group has all lined up for fans. The art work of the single clearly represents the struggle to get un-friend zoned. Sauti Sol are following this release for a full on emoji lyrical video.

The multi award winning group of 4 are known for their stellar live performances and have been taking their blend of RnB and traditional African sounds with a dash of Pop to lit up world wide stages.

Shortstraw -” The Less We Are Together”

In the series of the singles from their upcoming album ‘Those Meddling Kids’, Shortstrawshares the 11th single; ‘The Less We Are Together‘.

The single tells the story of indivuals comming from what one can only assume were unhealty relationships and telling of their journey getting over it.

Mr. Kamera – Chikoka

Dance is in the DNA of Africans and Zimbabwean producer extraordinaire; Mr Kamera,  creates a PARTY ANTHEM.

‘Chikoka’ is one for the itchy feet; with unmistakable traditional drums giving the up tempo jam a zing that is perfectly balanced with classic house rhythmic bass.

Mr. Kamera has worked with a good number of some of the best from the continent including; Ice PrinceGemini MajorVictorai KimaniAKADJ Maphorisaamongst others.

Glorious sounds of worship is the result when two of Nigeria’s gospel jewels team up. Nosaand Nathaniel Bassey deliver a smooth rhythmic mid tempo worship song.

‘Most High’ musically cuts across geographical zones and is a definite one for your playlist.

Tanzania songstress Haitham Kim is bringing the sexy all out in the video for her latest single ‘Playboy‘ featuring Wema Sepetu.
