New to the Africori family and building up to the release of his mix-tape 'MACINA' on pre-order from Friday the 22nd of June, it seemed only right that we all get a little familiar with the Senegalese-born, France-based talent; Elzo Jamdong. Responding to a few questions posed by Titilope Adesanya, Elzo lets us in on his ambitious goals, love for JLo, the music scene in Senegal and self drive to greatness!

Un regard sur le voyage à travers et vers #StarkTheAlbum - Titilope Adesanya Lorsque l'on entend le mot "brutal", la plupart des gens pensent nus. Les deux premiers résultats de la recherche Google pour Stark sont "sévère ou dénudé en apparence ou en contour" Et "complet ; pur" Bemyoda voit cependant les choses un peu différemment ; "J'ai dû répondre plusieurs fois aux mêmes questions. Que représente Stark ? Pourquoi Stark ? La musique est-elle dépouillée ? Ou intense ? Ou sombre ? Oui, elle l'est. Et non, elle ne l'est pas. Stark parle d'espoir et de conflits, des rebondissements de la vie, des hommes renégats qui se lèvent pour défier le statu quo dans un système en faillite, du besoin de l'homme pour Dieu, de la guerre et de la croissance. Oui, Stark est intense. Et spirituel". il écrit sur un Instagram post . Stark n'est pas la première œuvre de cet artiste nigérian. Bemyoda a réédité 'Croquis : La surprise - PE en 2015 qui met en vedette quelques célibataires comme Shima Yam et La grâce délavée.

He has been steady releasing single tracks off the EP to get everyone nicely warmed up for the full work.
