Yanga YaYa sets the tone for not-yet titled sophomore EP with a single titled ‘Your Type‘. The new-age soul offering revolves around unrequited love.
AndileAndy & China Charmeleon – “African Child”
Just as he is about to finalise his upcoming album, AndileAndy teams up with his long-time friend and collaborator, China Charmeleon for a three-cut EP titled ‘African Child’. On this body of work, the pair merge emotive tech with soul.
John Lundun & Morayks – “Marobalo”
John Lundun and Morayks team up a theme about guests who have overstayed their welcome on ‘Marobalo‘. Song also lends itself to a bit of humour through spoken word bits by Morayks.
Tim Lyre – “K.A.P” (ft. Torna)
Tim Lyre churns out another visualizer for his five-track EP, ‘K.A.P‘. This time around he presents the one for the title track.
Pat Medina – “Morena” (ft. Mr Brown & Zanda Zakuza)
On his latest offering, Pat Medina dips into the well of nostalgia for inspiration. ‘Morena‘ gospel-inspired dance groove featuring, Mr Brown and Zanda Zakuza. Structurally, the song is set-up as a prayer pleading for the end of this virus.
FKA Mash – “Zamalobolo” (ft. Just Bheki & Da Muziqal Chef)
FKA Mash tells a love story and elopes with his lover for the official ‘Zamalobolo’ music video. The track is taken from his current EP which is fittingly titled ‘Love Songs from Soweto‘.
Nelz – “eStyleni” (ft. Nadia Nakai)
Kasi Taliano, Nelz, presents ‘eStyleni‘, an afrobeats-infused summery joint with an added kasi flair. The fusion track features none other than Nadia Nakai.

Tshepiso – “Xa Ndiyekelelwa Nguwe”
Gospel vocalist, Tshepiso returns to the limelight with a highly-awaited body of work, ‘Xandiyekelelwa Nguwe‘. The album includes guest appearances from Zahara and three-time Grammy winner, Soweto Gospel Choir.
After closing off 2020 with the release of ‘Astronomy Deluxe‘, Khenji used this momentum to put together ONE. The 6-track mini-album is co-led with LM.
Yinoluu & Riverays – “Petal Scent”
Yinoluu and Riverays set-up the launch of their collaborative EP, ‘Petal Scent‘ with a single titled ‘Tumble‘. This miniature project consists of four alte cruise tracks.
‘Petal Scent’ officially drops on 9th April 2021.
