Sol Generation Records has a great habit of simply crafting bops. Decide is the latest addition to its already impressive discography. The track reunites Niko Sawa hitmakers Nviiri the Storyteller & Bien. The pair sings about unrequited love.
Blxckie reflects on his come-up via Khuphuka. The joint comes a year after the release of his highly acclaimed debut album – B4NOW. Khuphuka means to rise in his mother tongue (isiZulu).
Speaking on the inspiration behind the track, Blxckie stated: ” It’s important in life to keep going up, no matter what life deals you.’
Zilla Oaks & Makama – “MMXXII”
Zilla Oaks is charged following the success of his previous project No ZZZZ 2. His latest offering is MMXXII – a 5-track collaborative EP alongside Makama that incorporates trap and alternative rock sonics.

HennyBeLit bursts onto the scene with a vibrant aspirational thumper titled Madiba. Henny described the song as a hustlers’ anthem. Madiba was influenced by his upbringing in the small township Ziphunzana which is located in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.

Money seems to be a running theme this week. Fashion enthusiast Shaun Stylist makes his foray into music with Oskae Beya Fatshe. The amapiano scorcher is gaining traction of social media via the buzzworthy titled. The overarching message of the song is “secure the bag”.
KwekuSmoke capitalises on the momentum gained from his debut album presenting Big Shmoke. The tape is a 6-track piece that includes appearance from Bosom Pyung, Yaw Tog, Jay Bhad, O’Kenneth and Reggie Osei.
Big Shmoke is due out on 3 June 2022.
