We are now at that time of the year when artists are hard at work with the aim of releasing smash hits in preparation for the holiday season. This means that every week, we come across some pretty awesome music videos, fresh from Africa’s talented artists. We’ve compiled a round up of  some of the dopest releases. Enjoy!

  1. Sean Tizzle – Eruku Sa’Ye Po

Sean Tizzle dropped the official music video for his latest hit single yesterday. The track Eruku Sa’Ye Po was produced by Blaq Jerzee and quickly became a street anthem. The music video was directed by MEX and was shot in various locations around Lagos, including the legendary Africa Shrine!

2. K.O ft Kid X VS Notorious B.I.G – Hypnotized VDJ Jayesh Blend

Talented VDJ Jayesh Blend shows off his amazing skills by fusing Hypnotize by Notorious B.I.G and Caracara by K.O and Kid X.

3. Brian Themba & Moneoa – The Clock

This year’s edition of Coke studio ZA has been on air for a while now and has produced some amazing collaborations. This past week, soulful singers Brian Themba and Moneoa teamed up to create an upbeat tune titled ‘The Clock’.

4. Davido – Dodo

Davido is known for always having a interesting storylines in his music videos. In the visuals for his latest single ‘Dodo’, Nigerian superstar Davido tells the story of a woman who has given her love interest some love potion in an attempt to get his attention. It’s a cute and humorous video.

5. AKA – Baddest ft Burna Boy, Khuli Chana & Yanga

The “Super Mega”, AKA has once again teamed up with the best guys in the game to create a dope jam. Baddest has been rocking the airwaves since it was released, it features Burna Boy, Khuli Chana and Yanga. The visuals for this track are on point, proving that everything AKA touches turns to gold.
