Doowap follows up her celebratory October birthday release with Inzinja Zeb’suku. The dancefloor quaker is an alt-gqom track that features Windows 2000.
China Charmeleon – “The Third“
China Charmeleon officially launches his numerical and aptly titled album, The Third. The 10-track piece is a follow up to his first two full-length projects – Colours and My Father’s Records– which were both released in 2020.
With the success of two albums already under his belt, maskandi star Mzukulu presents his third full-length studio effort – Ivila Laselawini.
Dotcom – “Mdantsane Interlude”
Dotcom unveils the second of his three-part Mdantsane anthology. Mdantsane Interlude is a three-track piece that draws its influences from R&B, kwaito and hip-hop.
Echo Deep – “Soul Therapy – Vol. 1”
DJ/producer, Echo Deep deduces weeks of back-to-back releases with a mini-album titled Soul Therapy – Vol. 1. As the title strongly suggests, the record is an easy listening session that infuses jazz and deep house stylings.
MFR Souls – “Konka” (ft. Big Zulu)
Amapiano duo, MFR Souls join forces with one of South Africa’s biggest rappers – Big Zulu for Konka. The title and inspiration for the song are taken from a Soweto night club which has been the place to be since its inception.
The multi-talented creative K-Zaka caps off 2021 with an amapiano instrumental titled Sgubhu sa Zaka.
Nigerian rising star, Papiwizzy, gears up for the release of his debut album – Omo Oloore. For the 10-piece project, Papiwizzy experiments with a myriad of sounds. Omo Oloore hosts big names such as Zlatan, Iyanya, Jaywon and more.
Omo Oloore officially launches on 17 December 2021.
