Popsnotthefather has a spectacular month in May which he kickstarted with the release of his debut project, ‘NNNN’. Now the innanetwav. star celebrates this with his very first video, ‘KARMAKOLLEKT’.
Duo, Kaygee DaKing & Bizizi, broke into the music scene and rocked it with their massive hit, ‘Kokota’ in 2019. The runaway success of the amapiano track pushed them to hit the studio again, culminating in their debut album ‘Kokota Piano (Amapiano Vol. 1)’.
Kaygee and Bizizi are evidently here for the long haul and unload 13 killer knockout tracks.
Elzo Jamdong – “Lutax”
Senegalese rapper, Elzo Jamdong, used the lockdown as an opportunity to get even more creative as he unveils ‘Lutax’. This grimey flavoursome tune was cooked up by his long-time producer, Misterthiere.
Master KG – “Jerusalema – Remix” (Burna Boy & Nomcebo Zikode)
From Tzaneen to the world.
Master KG has swept through Africa with his massive hit ‘Jerusalema‘ (ft. Nomcebo Zikode), catching the attention of the African Giant himself, Burna Boy, who loved the original track so much that he had to hop on the remix.
The official music video for the original cut has clocked in over 26 million views since December 2019 and has sparked a myriad of viral videos from Angola to Portugal. The revamp is set to build upon the continuing momentum currently enjoyed by the original.
Gigi Lamayne – “Mojo Jojo” (ft. Bri Biase)

Kat La Kat & Leeu – “Broken Secrets EP”
Kat La Kat & Leeu teamed up on their first collaborative project via Stay True Sounds titled ‘ Broken Secrets’. For this mini-album, the pair challenged themselves creatively through experimenting with new instruments.
The product is a sleek body of work that draws influences from the worlds of jazz and symphonic classical music.
Anto Neosoul – “Whine”
Kenyan chanteur, Auto Neosoul, makes a much-needed return with his catchy hooks and hypnotic melodies. His new offering, Whine’, is a dancehall-influenced track about free bodily expression. ‘Whine’ was produced by ILogos.
Mbongeni Ngema – “Freedom is Coming Tomorrow” (ft. Various Artists)
MbongeniNgema gained prominence as the man behind the internationally-acclaimed musical, ‘Sarafina’. The Tony-nominated show commemorates the events of the 1976 Soweto Uprising and on the 44th anniversary, Ngema enlists young South African voices for the remix of ‘Freedom is Coming Tomorrow’.
The song features Emtee, Saudi, Gigi Lamayne, Tamarsha, Reason, Blacklez & MJ.
Patty Monroe – “YDBCareless”
Patty Monroe can now add single-shot wonder to her list of accomplishments as she reveals the music video for ‘YDBCareless’. The clip was shot on the eve of South Africa’s nation lockdown in March 2020.
Liza Miro – “Dream Submarine”
Liza Miro sang her way to many house fans’ hearts when she lent her soothing vocals to Bongo Beats’ ‘Don’t Break My Heart’ in 2019. Capitalising of the former track’s success she launches her debut project – ‘Dream Submarine’.
The album features works with DJ Call Me and Mr Brown.
