Focalistic – “Blecke”
Focalistic is one of those people who has been fortunate enough to work from home. The rapper drops his new EP, ‘Blecke‘ less than a month after his previous project, ‘Quarantined Tarantino‘.
On the 3-tracked EP, Focalistic effortlessly merges rap and amapiano. The project further illustrates why the Pretorian is one of the leading voices of the yanks movement. With production work from JazziDisciples and Vigro Deep, this one is a knocker.
J Molley has been on many lips lately. The trapster has been involved in a back-and-forth battle with The Big Hash. Using the fumes of this fiery dispute as inspiration, he hit the studio resulting in ‘I’m Good’.
Moozlie – “I’m A Star”
One of the hardest working women in showbiz, Moozlie, knows that her star quality is dazzling and what better way to encapsulate this than through music? Hence she proudly presents ‘I’m A Star’.
The Latin-flavoured beat produced by Zooci Coke Dope lends itself to her Greselda Blanco moniker. The braggadocious cut allows Moozlie to announce that she is that girl and she knows it.

Tony Ross brings you another music video from his ‘Beatsography‘ project. This time around, Ross revisits the studio session he had with Maleeq `Soul & Drew for the ‘Get It Back‘ visuals.
popsnotthefather presents his stellar debut album, ‘NNNN’. The initialism stands for Not Now, Not Never. The record is a dive into a foray of sounds. On it, he effortlessly flows from one but to the other with a sharp distinction. The project features La Meme Gang’s KwakuBs, Hama & SouthsideMohammed and pops hopes this will be “a sound you can fall in love with. Maybe Not Now but definitely, Not Never”

Huguo Boss recently joined the Africori family and the Burkina Faso artist leaps right into the swing of things with two singles ‘Ça Connaît Pas’ as well as ‘Comme DAB’, with the former featuring Ivorian rapper Mc One.
Chimurenga Renaissance returns with the intriguing and kaleidoscopic official video of ‘Quarterblack’.
From Josi Chave’s African Noise comes a tailor-made afro-house EP aptly titled, ‘3 Piece EP’.
Mx Blouse & Rose Bonica – “Piesang Kop”
Mx Blouse’s plans of globetrotting on tour may have been put on hold for now. However, this boundary bending muso is certainly not letting their fans hang without some new music.
Blouse teams up with DJ/producer, Rose Bonica, for the revamp of their 2019 track, ‘Piesang Kop’. Originally taken from Blouse’s debut mini-album, ‘Re:MX’, the updated version takes a darker approach when their vocals are densely coated with a deep bass.
AVA – “Lemonaid” (ft. Ganja Beatz & DEEP$)
Ganja Beatz has the knack of introducing promising talents and elevating them. This is no different for AVA who serves ‘Lemonaid‘. The singer has not set-up stall alone as she is accompanied by DEEP$.
Jarrad Ricketts – “You Are Lord”
During this time of seeming uncertainty, many have found solace in prayer. Jarrad Ricketts takes us to church and back on ‘You Are Lord‘. The powerful performance reminds us to keep the faith alive and this like many other dark moments shall pass.
