The afro-house collective, Afrikan Roots, continues its journey of spreading its brand of afro-house banger with 4468 Chuba Cabra Chapter 1 (Moromiwa).
4468 Chuba Cabra Chapter 1 (Moromiwa) also marks the groups 10-year anniversary since formation.

Sjava – “Umsebenzi – Gold Deluxe“
In December 2020, Sjava presented fans with the surprise mini-album, Umsebenzi. The project was well-received and even garnered a South African Music Award for Best Produced Album. In light of its certification, Sjava re-packages Umsebenzi with five new tracks.
Moozlie – “Asibasabi” (ft. 25K)
Media multipotentialite, Moozlie, recently celebrated her birthday. She took to the streets of Atteridgeville alongside 25K to shoot the official video for Asibasabi. The single is taken from her current album, Spirit of An OG.
While Kahren prepares the release of her soon-to-be-announced EP, the Nigerian singer-songwriter provides an appetiser via the lead single SAFA.
031Choppa – “KwaMashu to eJozi“
031Choppa takes listeners through his move to the big city via KwaMashu to eJozi. The 12-piece album is a star-studded billing that includes appearances from Sjava, Blxckie, AubreyQwana, Dee Koala and more.
Abidoza – “Umjolo” (ft. Cassper Nyovest and Boohle)
Abidoza rallies up Cassper Nyovest and Boohle for a “love lives hear” anthem titled Mjolo. The trio first teamed up together on the mega-successful Siyathandana.
Yung NASA – “T-Shirt” (ft. Anica Kiana)
Yung NASA sprinkles some early 2000s nostalgia o his pop-rock anthem, T-Shirt. The track follows the narrative of a toxic relationship and features Anica Kiana.

Ngyazthandela hitmaker AfroToniq gets on his mark in preparation for his forthcoming EP, Dio Velnoce. The title is translated from Italian as God speed. The 6-track mini-album is an acknowledgement of AfroToniq’s artist growth.
Dio Velnoce is due out for release on 15 October 2021.
